Common questions
Can I buy sponsorship online?
No, and that is deliberate. The prices above are the published rates, but the package is agreed with the organizing team so it matches what you actually want, then invoiced. There is no checkout for it.
Are these prices final?
They are the rates in the organizers' 2026 partner pack, in both US dollars and Tanzanian shillings. The shilling figure is a fixed price rather than a live conversion of the dollar one, so pay in whichever you prefer. Anything bespoke is quoted separately.
Is sponsorship the same as exhibiting?
No. Exhibiting is a stand on the floor and is priced separately on the exhibit page. Sponsorship attaches your name to a part of the event, and several of the packages above include a stand on top. Most sponsors take both, and we will package them together.
What does one available actually mean?
It is how many of that package exist in total, not how many are unsold. Sponsorship is invoiced offline rather than sold through this site, so we do not show live availability here. Email us and we will tell you what is still open.
How far in advance do you need to know?
The earlier the better, because most of the value is in the run-up rather than the three days themselves. Branding on printed material and the programme guide has to be locked well before September.
Can we sponsor something not on this list?
Yes. The in-kind categories exist for exactly that, and cover media, transport, accommodation and tourism among others. If you have something specific in mind, propose it.
