How the three days run
Day 1 opens the Expo and closes with the hackathon finals. Day 2 is the full summit alongside the exhibition. Day 3 ends with the Presidential Reception and the awards.

What is on each day
Access differs by day. Ordinary and Student tickets cover days 1 and 2, and day 3 requires a VIP or Presidential Reception pass.
Day 1
Opening & Hackathon Finals
Thursday 24 September
Gates open, keynote programme begins, and the hackathon sprint ends with finals judged live on the main stage.
- Doors and registration open, with badge collection at the desk.
- Opening ceremony and the first keynote block.
- Exhibition floor opens for the duration of the Expo.
- Hackathon finals: the fifteen finalist teams present live and are scored by panel.
Day 2
Summit & Exhibition
Friday 25 September
Full-day conference track alongside the exhibition floor, startup village and workshop rooms.
- Full-day conference track across the main stage and breakout rooms.
- Workshops and hands-on sessions, subject to room capacity.
- Exhibition floor and Startup Village open all day.
- Scheduled networking around the pavilions.
Day 3
Presidential Reception & Awards
Saturday 26 September
The awards are revealed at the Presidential Reception. Entry requires a VIP or Reception pass.
- Final sessions and the closing of the exhibition floor.
- Presidential Reception in the evening.
- The awards ceremony, where the winners in all ten categories are revealed.
Day 3 entry requires a VIP ticket or a Presidential Reception pass. This is checked at the gate.
